The Public Chance Conference began as the Public Chance Meeting in 2014 which created a space for girls and women to have a chance for conversation and to seek support though education, outreach and to heal in areas not discussed at home, but that affect our wholeness as a person and a family. Topics such as mental health, obesity and self-image are critical issues that need discussion not only among girls, but parents and leaders as well. Young girls are included in the conference so they have the opportunity to express their concerns as a young girl, but with parental consent. The conference is a response to how we as a community can better support our girls as they face challenges. If you and your organization would like to sponsor or be a vendor, please contact us immediately by email at info@ncbwkansascity.org Vendor space is limited. Your sponsorship will allow us to continue to offer the conference FREE to community members and also provide quality programming.

Please share event information in your communities so that the program is heavily attended.
