GENERAL DUTIES AND EXAMPLES OF WORK:
This is responsible technical and paralegal work in the largest probate courts within the Missouri State Court System.Work involves
technical analysis, appraisal and recommendations to the Probate Judge or Probate Commissioner. Assists and advises attorneys,
the public, Judge or Probate Commissioner by interpreting the information provided, researching the law and making a
determination on recommendations. The level of work performed is differentiated by the greater degree of independence, legal
assistant functions, specialization of duties required by the size of the court and volume of probate cases, authority exercised and
training required. Work is supervised by a Chief Probate Issue Clerk and is reviewed through conference reports and on the basis
of results obtained. Performs a variety of paralegal duties and assignments including researching the law and probate code,
gathering data, and providing information to the Probate Judge, Probate Commissioner, mental health coordinators, court officials,
various state and public agencies and the general public.Makes technical decisions in the determination on the majority of pleadings
filed with the issue department such as dispensing with guardianship, refusal of letters, and affidavits for due and delinquent
search.Assists the Probate Judge or Probate Commissioner by relieving them of administrative details, organizing, analyzing, and
appraising facts presented by attorneys and the public seeking information and advising on probate matters, taking testimony of
witnesses, and examining wills and fiduciary bonds.Enters case files and minutes on a computer terminal and reviews the computer
worksheets, corrects data processing errors as necessary and checks information entered for accuracy and completeness; makes

entries into the system to produce a computer generated billing; checks the computer financial program and makes adjustments as
necessary, compiles monthly and annual statistics pertaining to the number of new estates handled in the issue unit.Processes,
approves and signs orders and probate matters not requiring full probate administration; prepares, compiles, and maintains records
of mental health proceedings; and prepares warrants for apprehension and restraints.Reviews, edits and corrects petitions for
testate estates, intestate estates, small estates, refusal of letters, appointments of guardians of minors and incompetents,
dispensing with guardianships, determination of heirs, and petitions to require administration and establish presumption of death.
Specific Examples of Work: Issue letters, refusals, small estates, adversary orders, summons, notice of hearings and
performs related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Type 35 wpm. Graduation from high school, and three years clerical experience, one year of which must have been in court or law
related clerical work. Thorough knowledge of court procedures and policies, legal documents, laws and legal factors pertaining to
the probate court. Thorough knowledge of the organization, operations, functions and scope of authority of the probate
court.Considerable knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.Ability to understand and follow oral and written
instructions.Ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws, regulations and departmental policies and
procedures.Ability to maintain a variety of complex records and prepare reports from such records.Ability to express ideas concisely
and clearly, orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

To supervise staff in the efficient operation and development of a youth treatment unit, programs and comprehensive services relative to

training to staff in all aspects of a youth treatment unit, services and programs relative to specific habilitative and rehabilitative needs; conduct
case audits to ensure that cases meet and maintain compliance with established court standards; investigate and resolve a variety of
operational problems and provide input; responsible for overseeing all programs within the facility; ensure that the programs are applicable to
the needs of the youths and are adequately staff with the necessary supplies; conduct and oversee level system movement of each youth for
advancement through the treatment program; identify resources and establish working relationships in order to enhance or provide specialized
services or treatment; supervise volunteers providing services to the facility and the youths; ensure and provide for the safety and security of
youth and staff; compose, prepare and review a variety of routine and non-routine reports, spread sheets and other documents; investigate and
resolve staff disciplinary matters or recommend appropriate action; conduct and/or participate in interview process and make hiring
recommendations; assess staff performance, ensure the proper completion and retention of unit records; attend meetings, seminars and
training; provide input into operating budget and execution; may be required to transport youth in court vehicle; may perform public speaking;
attend and testify in court; receive calls during off duty hours and respond to problems as required, which may involve return to work site; and
perform related work as required.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science or directly related field. Two years directly related work experience with troubled youth.
Knowledge and experience in the modern principles, practices, methods and techniques of treatment and counseling modalities for troubled
youth and families; knowledge of applicable court procedures and related laws; knowledge of the organization, operation, functions,
responsibilities and jurisdiction of a juvenile or family court system; ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely, both orally and in
writing, and to prepare clear and concise reports, letters, memoranda and other documents; ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with others; ability to organize, supervise and coordinate departmental activities in a manner conducive to full productivity; ability
to make sound decisions in accordance with laws, regulations and Court policies and procedures; ability to work with a diverse work force;
ability to relate in a positive fashion to individuals from a variety of cultural, economic and ethnic backgrounds; ability to operate a vehicle in a
safe and prudent manner. Must have valid driver's license from state of residence. If driving non-court vehicle for court business, must have

To administer alcohol and drug tests to Family and Juvenile Drug Court clients, document and record testing activity
and results and perform associated clerical duties. Determine most appropriate test for adult or juvenile clients

through review of client history maintained in computer database; administer various drug detection methods (e.g.
Breathalyzer, urinalysis, hair, or other methods that may be developed), providing detailed instructions to clients;
insure all testing is administered according to prescribed procedures; observe urinalysis collection on same-gender
clients and insure same-gender observation for opposite-gender clients; insure all lab-tested specimens observe the
chain of custody, and are processed and handled correctly. Insure required documentation for all specimens and
testing is completed, organized, and accurate; document client activity and results; enter results and activity in
database and maintain paper files and logs; provide court the recent history of test results. Inform authorized Case
Managers (internal and external) and Juvenile Probation Officers of test results and activity, both verbally and
electronic mail.Contact and work with drug testing suppliers regarding issues/problems on testing procedures and
equipment; keep supervisor informed of client testing and consult on issues/problems; attend court and provide
information regarding testing and results; maintain appropriate quantities of testing supplies and equipment; perform
clerical tasks such as copying, distributing mail, filing, etc

Keyboard knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent. Two years related experience with data entry and word
processing; prior experience with drug and alcohol testing/specimen collection and related documentation procedures

Job Description: 

  • Seeking for a highly motivated bilingual self starter for a full time position at The Boulevard Apartments.
  • In addition to the daily requirements we are looking for someone to generate traffic and perform marketing tasks on a daily basis.
  • Assisting all prospects, either on the phone or in person.  Answer all incoming calls.
  • Screening applicants on a daily basis.
  • Completing weekly outside marketing to local colleges and businesses.
  • Maintaining target apartments and mini models.
  • Faxing locators and updating internet ads three times a week.
  • Maintaining supply of pre-assembled rental packets and move-in files.
  • Log all prospect calls in OneSite or Property Notebook.
  • Follow up on pending applicants on a daily basis.
  • Have move in files ready for scheduled move-ins.
  • Walk all move-ins and insure apartment meets company’s standards and is ready for the new resident.
  • Put move in gifts in scheduled move in apartments.
  • Outside marketing efforts: Visit area businesses and colleges on a weekly basis.
  • Update internet ads on an as needed basis immediately after market study is approved.
  • Guest card follow-up on a daily basis to include mailing thank you cards within 24 hours of tour, emailing new specials and follow up phone calls.
  • File all leasing paperwork as it is generated.
  • Complete work order call backs daily.
  • Maintain supply of pre-assembled rental packets and move in files.
  • Attend and participate in all resident functions.
  • Deliver daily birthday balloons and birthday cards to applicable residents.
  • Monitor the video library to insure residents return videos timely. Call residents who are late returning videos.
  • Schedule and select exchange of movies with vendor.
  • Monitor package room. Notify residents with packages left at office for more than 2 days.
  • Complete new move in call backs weekly to insure previous weeks move ins are satisfied with their new apartment.
  • Check mini models and target apartments on a weekly basis to insure they are pleasing and that the make ready meets Nola Standards.
  • Move mini models as needed.
  • Maintain a 40% or above closing ratio.
  • Insure that local, state and federal laws for resident file documentation are followed.
  • Maintain satisfactory scores on all mystery shopping reports.
  • Complete all marketing strategies as outlined in the Quarterly Marketing Plan.

Qualifications: 

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED or at least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Ability to multi-task on a daily basis and must have good customer relations skills.
  • Ability to secure and handle payments and to be accountable for payments received.
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
  • Respond to and overcome closing objections.
  • Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to learn computer software such as Excel, OneSite, Word, etc.
  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  • No or very limited exposure to physical risk.

  • Under the direct supervision of the Lead Physician and Executive Director, the Clinic Manager governs clinical care services and oversees all aspects of daily clinical operations.

  • Oversees the clinic’s Vaccine for Children Immunization Program.
  • Alignment in thought and practice with the mission of the clinic.

Qualifications: 

  • Prefer RN (KS license or can acquire); if LPN (5-7 years experience)
  • Prefer significant experience in clinic management, pediatric or family practice patient care.
  • Proficiency in Spanish & English languages highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and ability to foster cooperative work environment.
